The Importance of Breathing
Breathing impacts every cell, tissue, organ, and system in the body. It forms the foundation for efficient bodily functions and overall health. When breathing is optimal, it promotes health and well-being. Ideally, breathing at rest should be nasal, quiet, slow, diaphragm-driven. If your breathing doesn't align with this, your body can be retrained to breathe efficiently, leading to better sleep, a calmer mind, and reduced breathlessness during movement.
